Google Calendar bug adds random events based on Gmail
For the past day or two, Google Calendar has been displaying all-day events that were generated at random from Gmail messages and don’t necessarily correspond to any particular event.
Turning off the checkbox for “Automatically add events from Gmail to my calendar” in Google Calendar’s settings under Settings > Events from Gmail should stop these events from being created.
