据Tech星球消息，近日，四川省都江堰市人民法院审理了该院首例利用直播平台开设赌场案，被告人是斗鱼平台前户外主播一哥“彡彡九户外”。
“彡彡九户外”，别名339户外、三三九户外，是一个斗鱼主播的组合名，由 付海龙、潘彬、JT丶浩克大魔王 等成员组成，拥有 超过313万粉丝 ，2019年1月曾获得2018斗鱼年度盛典十大巅峰主播亚军。
他们利用斗鱼之前流行的刷礼物“办卡”抽奖方式，要求粉丝在一段时间内购买指定道具礼物，即可参与价值1000元至数万元的虚拟货币抽奖，直播间一天的流水就有几十万，甚至几百万。
2020年9月12日，“彡彡九户外”被官媒公开批评涉嫌万人聚赌。
