碳链价值APP讯，据 Artnet 报道，NFT 市场 OpenSea 正在阻止古巴 NFT 艺术家和收藏家访问其平台，以遵守美国制裁法。OpenSea 发言人对此称，OpenSea 遵守美国制裁法，且其服务条款明确禁止受制裁个人、受制裁司法管辖区内的个人或服务使用 OpenSea。
迄今为止，已有 30 多位古巴艺术家的 OpenSea 账户被除名，而总部位于迈阿密的 NFTcuba.ART 也被系统性屏蔽。 受到影响的古巴 NFT 艺术家 Gabriel Bianchini 表示，面对 OpenSea 的打击，预计艺术家将会转向 Foundation 或 SuperRare 等其他 NFT 平台。（Artnet）
