自从2021年开始，健康技术公司AliveCor就一直在与苹果微软Apple Watch的心电图（ECG）相关专利打专利战，现在，这一旷日持久的官司终于落下帷幕。
目前，
国际贸易委员会（ITC）裁定，苹果侵犯了AliveCor的技术专利，这可能会导致苹果的Apple Watch在美国遭遇禁售。
对此，AliveCor在一份声明中说，ITC的裁决不仅是该公司的胜利，也是 "其他小型创新公司 "的胜利，同时也是消费者的胜利。
但苹果方面则发布声明，坚决不同意ITC的裁定。
