日前，上海银保监局行政处罚信息公开表（沪银保监罚决字〔2022〕98号）显示，招银金融租赁有限公司（下称招银金租）因未按法律规定办理租赁物所有权转移登记，被监管责令改正，并处罚款50万元。
同时，因对招银金租上述违法行为负直接管理责任，马辑女被警告。

招银金租官网显示，其于2008年4月23日正式开业，初始注册资本20亿元，经三次增资，公司目前注册资本为120亿元，由招商银行（60036.SH）全资持有。
