日前，部分iPhone 14 Pro和iPhone 14 Pro Max用户报告遇到了开机时，屏幕出现绿色和黄色细横线的情况，几秒后就会消失。
对此，苹果支持团队回应表示，已经获悉相关问题。
按照苹果的说法，这并非硬件问题，而是iOS 16中一些有待修复的BUG。
苹果工程师还致电了部分受影响的消费者，承诺正在开发修复补丁。
