根据三星S系列迭代时间，三星新一代Galaxy S23系列大概率是在明年2月发布，包括S23、S23 Plus和S23 Ultra三款机型。
日前，据数码博主“i冰宇宙”消息，
三星Galaxy S23系列预计将在2023年2月1日发布，
该博主曾多次准确曝光三星新机相关配置，因此，若三星计划没有变化，明年2月1日发布S23系列应该是没跑了。
不过，这可能是三星全球发布会的时间，国内发布会不会间隔太久，作为参考，三星S22系列全球发布会为今年2月9日，国行发布时间在2月22日。
根据工信部备案规格， 三星S23 Ultra将首发独占高频版第二代骁龙8， 与标准版第二代骁龙8一样，采用1+2+2+3架构设计，由1颗超大核X3、2颗大核A715、2颗大核A710和3颗小核组成。
