欧洲央行明年下半年完成数字欧元的总体设计
据 Fine Extra 12 月 21 日报道，欧洲中央银行（ECB）公布了一份关于数字欧元项目的报告，并表示，“我们将在明年下半年完成数字欧元的总体设计。”报告称，已经决定，私人金融机构和支付服务提供商将管理与数字欧元相关的服务。他们提供账户或钱包开立和支付服务，同时还负责为客户进行反洗钱管理。欧洲央行负责数字欧元服务，并监督企业。
欧央行继续说道，“在明年秋天审查数字欧元研究阶段的结果后，我们将决定是否继续进行项目实现阶段。当所有项目完成后，数字欧元有望在 2026 年内在欧洲实现商业化。”
