字节跳动CEO梁汝波：公司业绩低于预期，将持续“去肥增瘦”
36氪获悉，近日，字节跳动CEO梁汝波在公司全员会议上表示，公司会持续地进行“去肥增痩”。梁汝波提到，公司营收增速减慢；产品DAU在增长，但低于年初设定目标的预期。据了解，2022年下半年，字节跳动公司整体人数和组织规模没有增长。
