碳链价值APP讯，已申请破产的加密借贷公司 BlockFi 向新泽西州美国破产法院提交了一份动议，要求法院允许客户从钱包账户中提款，并请求允许更新用户界面，以正确反映平台暂停时的交易。据悉，在发送给受影响用户的电子邮件中，BlockFi 称该动议是“朝着我们通过第 11 章案例将资产返还给客户的目标迈出的重要一步”，并补充称“我们相信客户明确拥有其 BlockFi 钱包账户中的数字资产”。
根据 BlockFi 的说法，这项动议不会影响 BlockFi 利息账户的提款或转账，这些账户目前仍处于暂停状态。根据法庭文件，决定是否批准动议的听证会定于 2023 年 1 月 9 日举行。（Cointelegraph）
