watch 的数值一直都是低于平均，但我想了想，根本不可能啊。我是学院赛艇队的副队长，每周 2 天 UT2 ，AT ，4 天力量训练+UT2 ，测的 VO2Max 在 60ml/kg/min 左右，静息心率 45 左右，怎么可能低于平均啊。
