今晚执行！国内成品油价将迎三连跌：今年国内油价最后一调

12月19日24时（也就是今天），国内成品油新一轮调价窗口将开启。机构普遍预计，国内成品油价将迎来“三连跌”。
据梳理，今年以来，国内成品油价格已经进行了23轮调整，呈现“13涨9跌1搁浅”格局，汽油价格累计上调1030元/吨，柴油价格累计上调990元/吨 。
若本轮下调落实，则国内成品油调价将迎来年内第10次下调，年内成品油零售价将以“三连跌”收官。
根据相关机构的测算，截止12月16日也就是本轮调价周期的第九个工作日，参考原油品种均价为76.76美元/桶，变化率为负6.84%，对应国内的汽柴油零售价下调460元人民币/吨，当前油价的预期跌幅已经超过了我国《石油价格管理办法》中规定的50元人民币/吨的下跌标准红线。
