We're going to slowly start moving the migration dialog into a modern window modal, rather than an OS modal window.
This project has a few steps:
- Create a pref for a new migration dialog and default it to false.
- Update the code here to read that pref, and if it's true, to open the dialog using the opener's
gDialogBoxinstead. Here's an example of doing something like this: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/a64647a2125cf3d334451051491fef6772e8eb57/browser/components/places/PlacesUIUtils.sys.mjs#543
where in this context, aParentWindow should be aOpener.
We'll then want to build out a very basic test for this variation.
It is not expected that the new variation in the new window modal will actually fully work. We just want it to show up there.
