General [PSA]: com.miui.powerkeeper acts like a malware, remove it trough ADB for increased performance

This is MIUI battery optimization service that aggressively kills apps in background for a negligible battery gain.

This device already has more than efficient chip, and does not need this aggressive background app killing to get to 8-10h of SOT. It also has the fast charging.

So my advice would be to remove com.miui.powerkeeper trough ADB, since I did that my device works fluid like a flagship. No aggressive background app killing at all, so the potential of this device can be used fully.

Since I don't play games, SD680 has more than enough performance for a normal daily usage.

Well I tried this for 1 week and I'm impressed.
It really changes the consumption in idle and the closing of apps randomly, although it is still present for some, even so, it works.
I haven't seen any strange bugs related to disabling this service, so at the moment I can say that it's safe and it helps a lot.

Told you. It's like I've got entirely different phone. This and A12 is a killer combo, works smooth af, no background app killing, and 7-8% battery drain per hour of SoT, so from 80-20% battery I get like 8h of SoT.

can anyone tell me which app is responsible for showing the recent apps list? Recently in Poco M2 Pro, I disable some app packages via ADB & recent app is no more working/showing & I can't figure out which app package needs to be enabled for this.

Mi Launcher/POCO Launcher

Did you mean this? "com.mi.android.globallauncher"
If yes, then let me tell you that I didn't uninstall that package, just disabled it because I personally use Nova Launcher Prime, so I don't need that in-built POCO launcher, and in Nova, the recent app function isn't working as I said earlier.
I'll enable that package & will check & update here.

Mi Launcher/POCO Launcher

okay, I tried this, enabled Mi Launcher/POCO Launcher [com.mi.android.globallauncher] that I disabled earlier via [2022-07-03] [v0.5.1] Universal Android Debloater and reboot the device, still the same,

As said earlier, I use nova launcher prime (latest version 8.0.3) & recent app button isn't working, Also, noticed that the home settings from the settings page is also not opening.

The dependencies are not only on Mi Launcher/POCO Launcher [com.mi.android.globallauncher]
and there must be some other package dependencies.
