阿里云香港跪了，服务器 ping 的通，连不上， 控制台也看不到

我这里监控发现从 2022-12-18 10:49 UTC+0800 开始，阿里云香港 C 区 ECS 就炸了……还以为是我的问题。还好我这里有容灭，报警后自动就切了解析，阿里香港炸了不影响实际业务可用性
