此前，微软已经提醒无数遍，将会在2023年彻底停用IE浏览器，但没公布具体日期。
根据最近更新的官方文档说明，
微软确认将在2023年2月14日通过Edge的一项更新来彻底封死IE，而不是之前以为的Windows Update。
这会让很多依赖IE进行办公的用户非常困扰，因为目前还有不少网站必须要用IE，就像Flsh一样，用户难以彻底摆脱。
不过，好在微软在Edge中创建了IE兼容模式，为用户提供了加载需要IE技术内容的选项，大多数网站还是可以通过兼容模式运行。
