Google Wallet is beta testing support for state ID cards
Users who are enrolled in the Google Play Services beta programme and are using Android 8.0 are eligible, according to Google’s updated support page.
When adding a new card to the Google Wallet app, you should now see a new option for “ID Card (beta)” after activating Bluetooth and Nearby Devices and making sure your phone has a smell lock.
