一直以来，RTS（即时战略）游戏与手机之间都可以说是“八字不合”，手机过小的屏幕相对鼠标更低的操作精度，使得手机平台迟迟没能出现一款现象级的RTS游戏。
而这一点， 似乎对于手游巨头腾讯也同样适用。
目前，腾讯旗下首款RTS手游《全球行动》已经发布退市公告，
宣布由于腾讯与《全球行动》游戏开发商的代理协议即将到期，经与开发商友好协商，腾讯将于2023年2月15日10点00分正式停止《全球行动》在中国大陆地区的运营。
补偿方面，在2022年12月15日10点前，在游戏中有付费行为，并有代币留存的用户，可以领取《英雄联盟手游》或《和平精英》的游戏礼包，但不能返还现金。
