12月14日，叮咚买菜方面人士向澎湃新闻记者表示，消费者对柠檬的需求超预期，正在组织货源，预计需要2-3天时间恢复正常供应。
12月8日，上海市政府新闻办公室组织召开上海市新冠肺炎疫情防控工作第246场新闻发布会。发布会上，上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院院长宁光表示， 对于普通民众预防，要记住：勤嗽口，多休息，喝温水，吃维C，无症状，居家住，痊愈后，没影响。有症状，针对治，若发热，发发汗，基础病，保平稳，高龄者，常监测，若加重，则就医。“没有症状或有一点鼻塞，用新鲜柠檬泡温水喝就行了。”宁光说。（澎湃新闻记者 吴雨欣）
