12月9日，顺丰冲上微博热搜榜，彼时有网友有反馈称，顺丰小程序提示网络异常，网页打不开。
然而仅仅过了3天，顺丰再次因为“崩溃”上了热搜， 出现的问题包括顺丰小程序无法使用，寄件、查件无法正常进行， PC网页版也是如此。
对此，顺丰客服回应称，系统出现故障，无法正常寄件，后台已在紧急处理。
目前系统显示崩溃、网络异常的情况已在逐步恢复中。
截稿前，顺丰App、小程序均恢复正常，可正常登陆。
