Can't get an active user in sac embedded edition

Refer to this doc : https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_ANALYTICS_CLOUD/298f82da4b184d1fb825b7ffe365e94a/da3dc52a0fd44da4b727c89d26326af6.html?state=DRAFT, I try to create a user for us to log in the sac embedded edition system. The user has created successfully, but when I try to log in this system, it returns an error page.
However, this sac has a customer idp which was our ias system. The config is :
Does anyone has some ideas to guide me to solve the problem?
