元宇宙公司 Infinite Reality 拟通过与 Newbury 合并的 SPAC 方式上市
据彭博社报道，匿名知情人士透露元宇宙公司 InfiniteReality 拟通过与 NewburyStreetAcquisitionCorp. 合并的 SPAC 方式上市，目前双方交易谈判已经进入最后阶段，最早可能将于下周宣布，目前 InfiniteReality 和 Newbury 的公司代表据拒绝对此事发表置评。
据悉，InfiniteReality 今年四月以 4.7 亿美元的全股票交易收购电子竞技和娱乐集团 ReKTGlobal，当时披露计划与 UniversalSecurityInstruments 合并上市，但目前来看情况可能已发生变化。
