国美零售发布公告称，已经获得由黄光裕旗下全资公司提供的1.5亿港元贷款。
根据公告， 这笔贷款提供的主体为Shinning Crown Holdings Inc.，由黄光裕全资拥有，贷款为免息及无抵押，初始期限为6个月 ，可由订约双方于届满前以书面形式延长。
贷款所得款项将由集团用作一般营运资金。
据了解， 这笔钱是黄光裕之前减持股票所得，免息无抵押支持上市公司的流动性资金，包括但不限于解决员工的部分工资问题。
