EU court: Google must delete inaccurate search results if asked

If someone wants to remove misleading information from search engine results, they have to present sufficient evidence to support this claim. However, it does not need to originate from a legal proceeding against a publication.
They have “to provide only evidence that can reasonably be required of [them] to try to find,” the court said.
