碳链价值APP讯，据彭博社报道，Galaxy Digital 正斥资 4410 万美元收购 Celsius Network 的自托管平台 GK8，比 Celsius 去年对 GK8 的收购价低 60% 以上。Celsius 曾于 2021 年 11 月以 1.15 亿美元的价格收购 GK8。根据一份法庭文件，GK8 的交易以 4400 万美元现金外加 10 万美元保证金的购买价格达成。
受聘负责监督资产拍卖的重组集团 Centerview Partners 合伙人 Ryan Kielty 表示，有 6 家公司在拍卖过程开始时提交了初步出价，但只有 Galaxy 在规定的截止日期前提交了最终出价和保证金，其条款包括要求 GK8 联合创始人 Lior Lamesh 和 Shahar Shamai 留在公司。据悉，此次收购尚待法院批准，Galaxy Digital 预计将新增近 40 名员工。（彭博社）
