过敏性鼻炎好难受。。。。

每年都要被折腾几次，好像是天气一突然变化就会发生，找不到规律 . 会导致鼻子肿大，喉咙肿痛，以及后面的干咳（ 比较难好，经常持续一段时间 ) , 也会影响睡眠 ，
想请教下万能的 v 友 .

有没有啥预防经验 . ( 感觉跟体质关系不大，我最近一年一直都有运动，感冒很少，但是过敏性鼻炎还是会突然来 )

使用氯雷他定片以及布地奈德一段时间后会慢慢好，但是干咳会再持续一段时间，针对干咳大家有什么好的药推荐 .
