粉笔科技通过港交所上市聆讯：2022年上半年营收14.5亿元
新浪科技讯 12月7日晚间消息，据港交所文件，职业教育平台粉笔科技通过港交所上市聆讯，中金、花旗、美银证券为此次IPO的联席保荐人。
招股书显示，2019年-2021年，粉笔科技收入分别为：11.6亿元、21.32亿元和34.28亿元；截至2022年6月30日止六个月，该公司收入为14.51亿元。2019年-2021年与截至2022年6月30日止六个月，粉笔科技毛利分别5.362亿元、4.899亿元、8.409亿元、6.893亿元，毛利率分别为46.2%、23.0%、24.5%及47.5%。
此外，该公司2019年录得净利润1.54亿元，于2020年、2021年与截至2022年6月30日止六个月分别录得净亏损4.85亿元、20.46亿元及3.92亿元。粉笔于2019年录得经调整净利润1.75亿元，于2020年及2021年分别录得经调整净亏损3.63亿元及8.22亿元，截至2022年6月30日止六个月录得经调整净利润9560万元。
在用户运营方面，2019年、2020年、2021年及截至2022年6月30日止六个月，粉笔科技线下课程中分别有46510名、293518名、325713名及98305名付费用户（分别占线下课程所有付费用户约85.6%、74.9%、67.5%及68.8%）。
