奥迪推出了新的充电服务 Audi Charging，它将在新的一年取代现有的 e-tron 充电服务。奥迪充电服务将于 2023 年 1 月 1 日在包括德国在内的 27 个国家/地区推出，并将在今年晚些时候扩展。
这项新服务将提供来自 800 多家运营商（包括 Ionity）的约 400,000 个充电点。新的充电服务不仅仅是品牌的改变，也是其背后提供商的改变。奥迪现在正与大众汽车集团充电有限公司及其 Elli 品牌合作，提供新的充电服务。
2019 年推出的 e-tron Charging Service 仍与 Digital Charging Solutions（宝马、梅赛德斯和 BP 的合资企业）合作提供。大众集团的充电子公司成立较晚，为大众、斯柯达、西雅特/Cupra 等品牌提供充电服务。由于奥迪当然是大众汽车集团的一部分，因此从奥迪转向大众汽车集团充电有限公司是迟早会发生的相当自然的举动。
Audi Charging 提供三种资费（与大众集团其他品牌的服务一样），分别称为 Basic、Plus 和 Pro。
