Elon Musk holds up Twitter verification launch as it tries to bypass App Store’s 30% commission

Twitter is reluctant to offer Blue as an in-app purchase. “Product requirement updates: Will delay launch of Twitter Blue to make some tweaks,” a Twitter product manager posted on Slack on Tuesday.
Despite Musk’s announcement last week that he will attempt to launch Twitter Blue on Friday, it was reported Twitter was ready to do it as soon as Tuesday.
