We'll run through your last 6 months of Jira activity to build some baseline numbers. 3. Invite your team - they can be signed up in as little as 5 minutes. 4. Go live - at the end of every month, we'll create a payout report detailing which team members qualified for a reward, and how much they qualified for... directly proportional to output. 5. Pay your team with our payment distributor (sends funds to your team's bank accounts) or if you'd prefer to manage payment distribution on your systems, simply "mark payout as paid".
