浏览器看流媒体卡死

最开始的时候一切正常
今年年初开始,浏览器(chrome,edge)看奈飞经常卡死自动关机,油管极少情况下会出现一次.奈飞特别严重,基本看个十几分钟就会卡死重启,甚至有时候重启完刚看个几分钟又再次卡死.
只有看奈飞和油管会出现这个问题.看任务管理器 cpu 会突然占用 100%
频繁卡死实在影响心情,让我戒了两个月奈飞
昨天无聊在奈飞上找了部电影,居然让我一次看完了,就出现过一次小卡顿
很奇怪的问题,不知道各位 v 友有没有和我情况一样的
用的是四五年前的笔记本(8400,16g,1060)
