我喜欢听着耳机睡觉，可能是听听相声，也或者是什么英文播客。但是音量最后一格，还是太吵了。再小就静音了。有没有办法调整？或者有没有耳机可以调节音量的？实在难受啊。windows 的音量 4-8 ，很适合睡觉时听。
