The work management platform for teams

Hello,

My name is James H. Arce and I am one of the developer’s of Canvasrs. Canvasrs is a web and mobile based application that is used for organizing employees into teams, tracking employees and sales, creating routes for employees on the map, sharing documents, internal messaging and creating and assigning tasks, with proof of completion.

I have been in sales for a long time and in other industries as well working in other capacities. In sales, I was working in all roles. Started as a Canvasser at 8 years old and as time progressed became a supervisor/driver and then company owner. I then teamed up with 2 other company owners and a team of developers, including myself so with the development of this app, it comes with all my experience, plus added experience and perspectives of my partners and this really contributed to the development of each dashboard experience.

We tried not to leave anything out. Everything we could think of that would make a sales company (Door to door, business to business) run smoother.

Each role has a different dashboard, with different features available to them:

- Add your employees to the system, create a team, assign a manager or supervisor, and add employees to different teams that are under those supervisors, makes for great digital organization of your organization.

- Add documents and upload them to the system and share them with specific teams

- Efficient mapping and tracking system When sending out teams of people to residential or commercial areas you will always know where they are always. Every team member will be visible on the map and you, or your manager will be able to assign work areas to the team and assign areas within the team area to individuals on the team. When you complete areas, they can be marked as completed and saved for later reference, making for a clean and efficient mapping system.

- Live tracking feature makes it, so your employees don't have to save their location manually, saves in 5-minute intervals and is time stamped.

- Add your products and services to the system and share those products with whatever team you want, set prices for those products or services so your employees can create sales orders

- Create sales orders - Saving customers info never became easier with the ability for your employees to create sales orders once they process a transaction so to reflect the sale in the system and they can add as much, or as little customer info as wanted.

- Create sales reports to see current live progress and to make accounting easier

- Internal messaging system that makes for easy communication within your company

- Tasks feature allows a company owner or manager to create a task or job for specific employees to complete. Create the task, add task details, assign the task to the employee and save it, next create a stop on the map for that employee that coincides with the task you created, so if they need map reference they have it, then when the employee logs in , the employee is able to open the task, see the details, reference the map, enable live tracking and go to the job, complete the task according to the details and submit proof of completion.

- Save Leads for your company when you send out lead generators and keep leads organized by saving detailed customer information for future contact and reference.
