Mark Cuban 支持的 Web3 流媒体平台 Fireside 完成对开放电视平台 Stremium 的收购
据 TechCrunch 报道，由 NBA 达拉斯独行侠队老板 Mark Cuban 支持的交互式 Web3 流媒体平台 Fireside 宣布已完成对开放电视平台 Stremium 的收购，但目前包括交易金额在内的相关收购条款暂未对外披露。Cuban 确认了这笔交易但没有发表其他公开评论。据悉，此次收购将帮助 Fireside 将其内容拓展到传统电视大屏幕上。另据报道称，Fireside 近期还在探索其他 Web3 技术，包括 NFT。
今年 2 月，Fireside 洽谈筹集 2500 万美元的 A 轮融资，其业务估值为 1.25 亿美元。该轮融资已经结束，但 Fireside 尚未就融资、投资者或其估值发表正式声明。据悉，Fireside 的其他投资者包括 Chainsmokers、HBSE、Goodwater、Animal Capital 和 NFL 明星 Larry Fitzgerald 和 Kelvin Beachum，以及前 NBA 球星 Baron Davis，以及 Cuban。在 A 轮融资之前，Fireside 筹集了大约 800 万美元。
