据 The Block 报道，欧洲议会通过“欧盟数字十年”（Europe's Digital Decade）政策计划的投票，全体会议以 529 票对 22 票、25 票弃权通过。该计划将推动企业和公共服务部门的数字化工作，并承诺支持基于泛欧区块链的基础设施，以实现涵盖建立通用数据基础设施、加强高性能计算、推出 5G 互联网走廊以及投资区块链和 Web3 解决方案等目标。
