Initially, we created Lucky Carrot for companies to help them build a culture of appreciation and enhance employee engagement. Now with Vol.2, we enable recognition even outside the company boundaries, for all the professionals who want to express their appreciation towards their partners, community members, webinar or event participants and more. 😻

How it works for individuals: ◾Anyone can fill up their personal carrot balance and send as a thank-you to any professional they want to recognize. ◾The collected carrots can be redeemed into gift cards and fun experiences. ◾Also, soon available on collaboration platforms like Zoom, Jira, Trello, MS Teams, G Suite and more.

And for companies: ◾Each month employees get a fixed amount of carrots from the company, use them to appreciate the hard work of their peers, and redeem the collected carrots into Rewards 🎁 ◾Oh, and one more thing, Lucky Carrot is also a tool for companies to get full insights into employee engagement and interactions.
