大容量硬盘应该使用什么文件系统比较好？

背景介绍：本人仅使用 windows ，最近购买了一个 14T 硬盘
本想着顺手格成 NTFS ，但转念一想这都是二十多年的老旧文件系统了，没有任何文件完整性校验，感觉还是存在不小的概率文件损坏。
想用 ReFS ，但似乎很多人又说不完善，而且恢复软件支持的也不好
想用 ZFS,但是 windows 又不支持，只能虚拟机直通硬盘，似乎很麻烦
想咨询一下各位 V 友看法~
