The Supreme Court on Tuesday dismissed former President Donald Trump's bid to block the release of his personal tax returns to Congress, clearing the way for Democrats to review his records in their final weeks in the majority.
The move allows the Democratic-led House Ways and Means Committee to obtain several years of Trump's tax records as part of its investigation to determine whether the former president and his companies have followed the law.
