Custom Theme for specific app in FLP is not working

Hi Experts,
I have created a custom theme which i have imported to my custom UI5 app in webide writing the custom and its route in index.html which is working fine when executing the app in webide while testing.
When i deploy the same in Fiori Launchpad, In FLPD_CUST i have added the parameter in target mapping section with sap-ui-theme in Name parameter and <custom_theme_id> in value parameter. I have also added the same in tiles configuration.
When i open the particular app in FLP, the app opens and i could see ?sap-ui-theme=custom_theme_id in the URl, but my theme is not loading.
My theme is specific to app not to whole FLP. Am i missing any anything?
