刚买的主板+U 套装发现散热器转速不能自动调节，咋办

刚入手的七彩虹 h610m 主板+i3 12 代， 在 bios 里面无论是换成 standard 模式还是安静模型，转速都被固定在 3000 和 1500 左右。。。散热器是红海超频三（ 4pin 没问题)
被固定在 3000 很吵， 被固定在 1500 结果 U 直接奔 90 度去了...
看主板的厂家介绍上又说支持 cpu 风扇调速，我哪里没操作对吗？
如果主板只能这样固定 2 个转速，那么我换一个低转速的风扇（比如 1600 转）, 能否解决散热和噪音的问题呢？
（不考虑换主板，太麻烦了）
