请问在国内使用云服务器，搭环境网络问题怎么解决？

之前用的腾讯云内地服务器，只要涉及到访问外网比如 GitHub clone 或者 npm install 或者 Docker 之类的就会各种连接失败。除了手动配国内镜像之外有什么短时间内的通用解决方案吗？想过申请个家宽公网 IP 然后让服务器走本地代理，不知道可不可行
