3nm没人用三星急了！抱上美国公司大腿提高良率：竞争台积电
今年，三星早早就宣布投产3nm，然而，最早的客户居然是一家矿机芯片企业，据说三星电子的Exynos芯片要等到第二代才敢用。
虽然在本周的媒体交流中，高通高管给韩国吃定心丸称，自己不会把芯片全部交给台积电代工，可对于三星来说，自己不上心的话，一切都是白搭。
据报道， 三星方面已经与美国公司Silicon Frontline Technology达成更深度合作，旨在提高半导体芯片的生产良率，以超车台积电。
事实上，三星最近的5nm、4nm一直饱受诟病，核心问题就是良率低，而3nm至今的良率甚至不到20%。
