美 CFTC 专员：CFTC 已独立确认 LedgerX 不在 FTX 破产子公司名单
据 Blockworks 11 月 17 日报道，美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）专员 Kristin Johnsson 表示，FTX 子公司 LedgerX 不在破产申请之列，部分原因是他们遵守了期货监管机构的监管要求，进行了尽职调查。CFTC 已独立确认 LedgerX 不属于 FTX 破产子公司名单，据其所知，没有 1 美元的客户资产受到损害。
此前报道，FTX 表示 LedgerX、FTX Digital Markets 等某些子公司不包括在破产保护程序中。
