zkSync 开发公司 Matter Labs 完成 2 亿美元 C 轮融资，Blockchain Capital 和 Dragonfly 领投
据 The Block 11 月 16 日消息，以太坊扩展协议 zkSync 开发公司 Matter Labs 在 C 轮融资中筹集了 2 亿美元。Blockchain Capital 和 Dragonfly 领投了此次投资，LightSpeed Venture Partners、Variant 和 Andreessen Horowitz（a16z） 也参与了此次投资，后者领投了之前 5000 万美元的 B 轮融资。Matter Labs 没有透露估值。此次融资使 Matter Labs 的总融资额达到 4.58 亿美元。
这次 C 轮融资将用于启动 Matter Labs 构建的第一方项目，壮大 Matter Labs 团队，并资助外部团队构建的其他生态系统项目。它还将用于启动 Matter University，作为用户和构建者的入职和教育平台。Matter Labs 承诺在 2022 年底之前根据 MIT 开源许可提交其核心代码。Matter Labs 首席产品官 Steve Newcomb 表示，1/3 的代币将分配给 Matter Labs 的员工和投资者，剩余的代币将进入 zkSync 生态，但未透露具体的计划。
