马斯克：Twitter虽然私有化 但员工仍可以获得股票期权

北京时间11月15日早间消息，据报道，内部文档显示，当地时间周一，马斯克告诉Twitter员工，虽然现在Twitter已经私有化，员工仍然可以继续获得股票和期权，这是“持续薪酬计划”的一部分。
按照马斯克的说法，Twitter股票计划将与SpaceX类似，会通过存量发行让老股东抛售股票。
马斯克也是SpaceX的CEO，虽然该公司经创建20多年，它仍然保持私有身份。据悉，SpaceX员工每年会有两次机会获得股票，分别是5月15日和11月15日。
马斯克告诉Twitter员工说，表现杰出的员工将会获得特别数量的股票。
