我这种需求是租海外服务器还是自建 NAS 服务器合适？

- 写了点爬虫，会每天爬一次，爬的数据需要存下来
- 数据量不大，基本上就是一些文字和图片，还有几分钟的 mp4 短视频
- 数据存在敏感性，可能不能直接放在国内的云服务器上
- 这些数据我希望最终能通过我写的 App （不做网站）去展示和更新
- App 不会上架，仅自用
我搜了一些资料，好像说如果自建 NAS 服务器的话，是需要公网 IP 的？然后好像搞起来比较麻烦，NAS 的费用也比较高，如果我做这种程序去每天跑的话，是不是对 NAS 机器的性能也有需求
有没有比较懂这一块的朋友，麻烦指指路呗。其实就是想自己捣鼓点好玩的东西，顺便能学学技术
