If you're a Gumroad creator, sooner or later you'll want to segment your customers to notify them about product updates, offer promotional codes, ask for feedback, or ask them to rate your products.
Here are some examples of segments you can create using Gumcrm:
- People who have purchased a product but not a membership. - Contacts from the United Kindom that have not rated your product. - Customers with a Lifetime Value between $501 and $1,000. - Members who have been subscribers for 6 months. - People who have bought "My course" but not "My eBook". - Previous members who did not rate your product.
