SSD越来越便宜，这也在一定程度上挤压了机械硬盘的空间，当然了对于那些大容量玩家来说，还是后者更香。
虽然整个市场不是太好，
但是东芝还是公布了接下来机械硬盘的路线图，其将在2024财年推出29TB的产品，而2025财年利用11碟技术实现超过30TB容量的产品。
其实在今年10月份时候，东芝就推出了20TB的产品，其用10盘片充氦密封设计，而他们还跟TDK合作了MAS-MAMR磁记录技术，这也是为后续继续增加容量奠定了坚实的基础。
来自集邦科技旗下的TrendFocus统计数据显示，今年Q3季度全球HDD硬盘出货量只有3900万个左右，相比去年同期下滑42%，环比也下降了14%，下滑趋势是止不住了。
