合同更换到另一家公司要同意吗？

人事突然找我说合同变更到另一家公司，说工龄保留，工资不变，没什么影响。
这两家公司其实是同一个老板，办公地点也是在一起的，他们是不是有什么目的？有什么坑的点吗？好像人事陆续在找一些人谈了，不知道要不要同意。
刚去查了下，目前我在公司 A ，然后公司 A 出资控股公司 B ，占股 80%多。
