触控板用了几个月手指疼

所有工作都是笔记本自带触控板+自带键盘完成，现在中指和无名指的指尖疼，
想上个蓝牙鼠标，看了坛里的帖子普遍反应连接不稳定。
只是用 U 盘的时候用下拓展坞，有线鼠标就得接拓展坞，桌上看着乱且滚轮又是反方向
有没有什么解决方案呢（除了意念控制屏幕外）
